An indirect tax which is introduced by the Indian government to replace other indirect taxes is known as GST (Goods and Services Tax). The goods and services tax act passed in the parliament of India on the 29th of March 2017, which came into effect from 01st of July, 2017. It is a broad, multi-stage, tax that imposed on every level of value addition. GST is one indirect tax for the supply of goods and services.
